Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pepper OfflineAI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Pepper OfflineAI is an application designed to convert text-based documents—including eBooks, PDFs, and other supported formats—into audio content using text-to-speech (TTS) technology. The App allows users to access, store, and manage text-based files and generated audio locally on their devices.
User Responsibility and Content Management
You are solely responsible for the files and content you load into Pepper OfflineAI. You acknowledge that you own or have the necessary rights to use and convert these materials to audio format. Narratorio does not provide cloud synchronization or external backup of your files.
Data Storage and Privacy
Pepper OfflineAI processes and stores all documents, audio outputs, and app files solely on your device. Your files and data are never transmitted to or stored on NeuraCore Technologies Inc. servers or any third-party servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Pepper OfflineAI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to convert, distribute, or otherwise handle content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
Pepper OfflineAI, its branding, underlying software, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by NeuraCore Technologies Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App strictly for personal or business purposes.
Subscription and In-App Purchases
Pepper OfflineAI may offer both free and subscription-based premium features. Subscriptions and purchases are managed through the Apple App Store, and all billing or cancellation processes are subject to Apple’s standard terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
NeuraCore Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use Pepper OfflineAI. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Termination
NeuraCore Technologies Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pepper OfflineAI if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that adversely affect the App or its users.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use after notification indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
