At NeuraCore Technologies Inc., we take your privacy seriously. CumuloSync is designed from the ground up with user control and data protection in mind. We do not collect, sell, or share any personal information. All files accessed through CumuloSync remain under your control and are never stored on our servers.
CumuloSync connects to third-party cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and iCloud Drive using secure industry-standard authentication (OAuth 2.0). When you grant access, CumuloSync receives a temporary access token that allows the app to interact with your files only on your behalf. These tokens are stored securely on your deviceand are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party.
All file operations—such as browsing, downloading, uploading, renaming, or deleting—occur directly between your device and the respective cloud service provider. CumuloSync does not store or process your files externally. Downloaded files are saved locally on your device and protected using the security features of iOS/macOS (e.g., File Protection, Face ID, and encryption).
We may collect anonymized crash logs or usage data via Apple tools to improve app stability, but no personal or file-related data is included. You remain in full control of your cloud accounts and data at all times.
