CumuloSync
All files accessed through CumuloSync remain under your control and are never stored on our servers. CumuloSync connects to third-party cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and iCloud Drive using secure industry-standard authentication (OAuth 2.0). When you grant access, CumuloSync receives a temporary access token that allows the app to interact with your files only on your behalf. These tokens are stored securely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party.
All file operations—such as browsing, downloading, uploading, renaming, or deleting—occur directly between your device and the respective cloud service provider. CumuloSync does not store or process your files externally. Downloaded files are saved locally on your device and protected using the security features of iOS/macOS (e.g., File Protection, Face ID, and encryption).

Libri Audiobooks
Libri Audiobooks enables users to convert text-based files such as eBooks, PDFs, and other supported document formats into audio through text-to-speech (TTS) technology. All processing occurs directly on your device, ensuring that your files and data never leave your local storage or are transmitted to external servers. Any downloaded files or audio outputs are stored securely within the app's local storage, protected by iOS/macOS security features.
We may collect anonymized crash logs or usage data via Apple tools to improve app stability and performance, but no personal or file-related data is included. You remain in full control of your data and files at all times.

Pepper OfflineAI
Pepper OfflineAI is designed as a private, local-first AI assistant for chat, email, notes, meetings, tasks, files, web pages, and memory. Whenever possible, processing occurs directly on the user’s device using local or built-in Apple AI capabilities, so user content is not sent to NeuraCore Technologies servers. When users choose to connect email accounts such as Gmail, Outlook, or other secure mail providers, Pepper OfflineAI accesses messages only to provide user-requested features such as summaries, draft replies, task extraction, and memory suggestions. The assistant drafts; the user remains in control and sends emails from their own mail provider. OAuth tokens, app passwords, and account credentials are stored securely on the user’s device using Apple Keychain and are not transmitted to our servers. Imported files are referenced locally by default, and original file binaries, raw audio, full email bodies, and model files are not synced through iCloud or uploaded to NeuraCore Technologies servers by default. Users can review, approve, save, export, delete, or clear local assistant data at any time.
